Carp Junky operates a 14 day returns policy (including bank holidays and weekends).

Goods must be returned to us by the 14th day in their original condition.  

The returns period starts from the day delivery was first attempted.

Returns are valid as long as you return your item/s come back to us in unopened & unused condition with all original packaging. We aim to process your refund or exchange within 10 working days after receipt of your return.

We do not accept returns for perishable goods, unless these items arrive in an unusable/poor condition. If this is the case, please can you send us a photo, within two hours of receiving the delivery, showing the issue. You can do this via email or text message. 

If you return something outside of the returns period, we reserve the right to issue a credit note or resend the goods ordered back to the original delivery address.

It is your responsibility to make sure you send the return using a recorded & trackable service, as we cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels. It will be your responsibility to make a claim with the courier. 

Please note, we are unable to refund any postage or carriage charges for returns.

All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Parcels can not be refunded should they turn up later then the expected delivery day (highly likely with parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland).

Do not order from us if you do not agree with this.
