Description
Red Maize has grown with immense popularity in recent years and is widely regarded as a brilliant alternative to traditional yellow maize.
If the carp in your lake have been absolutely hammered on yellow kernels for years, then please consider giving this a try as an alternative.
Sold in 1kg, 5kg, 10kg & 20kg bags.
To prepare, simply soak your maize, with or without Himilayan rock salt, in water for 24/48 hours, then boil for 20 mins or until the kernels begin to split.
CAUTION: All dry particles and nuts will absorb water and expand once submerged. For this reason, they MUST all be prepared in the correct manner, so that they are safe for fish to consume.
You must soak all of your dry particles or nuts, in water, for a minimum of 24 hours prior to boiling them.
When you are ready to boil, bring your pan up to temperature, then boil your particles for a minimum of 20 minutes – 30 minutes.
If you are unsure of how to correctly do this, please drop us a message and we will be happy to help you out.
