Description
Buckwheat has gained tremendous popularity in recent years, as a great alternative to hempseed. The small, triangular shaped seeds, are absolutely loved by carp and split in exactly the same way hempseed does, revealing the white inner flesh of the seed.
Sold in: 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg & 50kg bags
To Prepare: Soak your buckwheat in water, then boil for 10-20mins, until the seeds begin to split.
CAUTION: All dry particles and nuts will absorb water and expand once submerged. For this reason, they MUST all be prepared in the correct manner, so that they are safe for fish to consume.
You must soak all of your dry particles or nuts, in water, for a minimum of 24 hours prior to boiling them.
When you are ready to boil, bring your pan up to temperature, then boil your particles for a minimum of 20 minutes – 30 minutes.
